How It Works

There are two ways to access the send to vault page, depending on your device:
From the + icon:

On Mobile, tap the + icon located at the center of the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
From the Drawer Menu:
Open the Drawer Menu at the top right of the screen and select “Send to vault.”
Once you’ve accessed the page, you’ll be prompted to begin your submission.

Step 3: Provide Submission Information
Once you’ve selected your item type, you’ll need to input details for your submission:
Quantity and Total Estimated Value: Provide the total number of items and the estimated value of your submission. This value ensures your items are insured throughout the redemption and storage process.
Step 4: Pick a Shipping Option
You’ll then choose one of three shipping options to send your graded collectibles:
Prepaid Shipping Label: Fanable generates a label for you, typically with USPS, but it could also be with UPS or FedEx.
Ship From Other Marketplaces: If you’re shipping from a marketplace like eBay, you can enter the tracking number manually.
Use a QR Code to Ship: For easy drop-off, you can generate a QR code to use at select kiosks shipping locations.
Next, input your personal details, including your full name, address, and any additional notes.
For items valued over $50,000, contact us at contact@fanable.io to arrange armored transport.
Step 5: Packaging Instructions & Complete Shipping
Before shipping your collectibles, please follow these packaging guidelines:
Choose a sturdy box that’s the right size for your item and add protective padding (such as bubble wrap).
For multiple items, we recommend cardboard or bubble wrap between slabs to prevent scratches. Be sure to pack securely to avoid any shifting during transit.
Double-check the label to ensure your package is clearly marked with the correct shipping address.
Managing Submissions
In my submissions section, you can:
View submission status (e.g., “Processing,” “Delivered”).
Add tracking numbers if you shipped through other marketplaces.
You will also receive notifications as your items move through each stage of the process, from shipping to vault storage.
Important Notes
U.S. Submissions Only: Fanable currently accepts submissions exclusively from within the United States, with plans for international expansion in the future.
Ungraded Collectibles: If ungraded or unsupported items are submitted, return shipping fees may apply.
Platform Submission Required: All collectibles must be submitted through the platform. Items sent without completing the “Send to Vault” process will be held and not digitized. Be sure to use the platform for proper handling.
Third-Party Shipments: Since Fanable does not control shipments from other marketplaces or sellers, any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the platform or seller responsible for the sale.
Shipping Liability: Fanable is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
