# Royalty Program

Imagine turning every resale into a new opportunity. With Fanable’s Royalty Program, your collectibles keep earning for you long after the initial sale, allowing you to benefit from each new owner.

**How It Works:**\

Once you submit your collectible to the vault, you become its originator. The first sale of your item is considered a standard transaction, where the seller fees apply, and you receive your payment without any royalties. This transaction operates like any regular sale on our platform.\

After this initial sale, every resale of your collectible on Fanable’s marketplace earns you a royalty. This continues with each subsequent sale, giving you the chance to earn until the item is physically redeemed.

**Originator Fee:**

As the originator, you’ll earn a 2% royalty on every resale of your submitted collectible, enabling you to continue earning from each transaction without any extra effort.

**Example:**\
Let’s say you vault a limited-edition Amazing Spider-Man #1. When someone buys it, you receive your payment as usual. Now, if that buyer resells it later, you’ll receive 2% of that resale price, and the same thing happens every time it’s sold again, until it’s finally redeemed.

**Important Notes:**

**Not Applicable to Drops or Purchased Items:** The Royalty Program is exclusive to the collectibles you, as the collector, have personally submitted to the vault. Royalties do not apply to items purchased in curated drops or on the Fanable marketplace, only on resales of collectibles you’ve originally vaulted.<br>
