At Fanable, you can retrieve anything from your collection anytime you want. Follow our redemption process, and we’ll safely deliver your collectible from our vault right to your doorstep.
How It Works:
Step 1: Redemption Process
You can start the redemption process in several ways:
Product Detail Page: Access the collectible’s product page from your profile and select the redeem option.
Quick Actions: Go to your profile page, select the items tab, and click the three-dot menu on the product thumbnail, or tap and hold in the mobile app, to access the redeem option.
Drawer Menu: Open the Drawer Menu in the top right corner of the screen and navigate to the redeem section to start the process.
Step 2: Select Collectibles to Redeem Once you begin the process, you will be given the option to select the item(s) you wish to redeem. After making your choices, click start redemption to continue with your request. You can redeem up to 10 collectibles at once.
Step 3: Redemption Details
Shipping Address: Enter your shipping address. Based on your location, Fanable will calculate an estimate of the shipping costs, including insurance and signed delivery.
Complete Payment: Pay for your redemption securely through Stripe. The total will include shipping fees and any applicable taxes.
Redemption History
In my redemptions section, you can:
Check Status: View the status of all your redemptions (e.g., “Processing,” “Delivered”).
Track Packages: Access tracking numbers to follow your shipment’s progress.
Review Details: View the item type, quantity, and date for each redemption.
You will receive notifications and tracking information as your collectibles move from the vault to your home.
Important Notes:
Retrieval time: Please allow 2 business days for the collectibles to be processed and removed from the Vault before they are shipped.
Delivery Timeframes: Within the United States, most packages arrive within 3-7 business days of processing, depending on where your package starts and where it’s going.
Shipping Reach: Currently, Fanable only serves collectors located in the United States. With our trusted partner Brink’s, international shipping to over 150 countries will be available in the future.
Armored Transport: For items valued over $50,000, contact us at contract@fanable.io to arrange armored transport.
