How Does the Vault Work?

1. Submit:

Easily submit your graded collectibles using Fanable’s prepaid shipping label or directly via other marketplaces. Once received, your items will be processed and securely stored in the vault.

2. Secure Storage:

Upon arrival, collectibles are verified for authenticity, digitized and transferred to a secure temperature-controlled vault. Your items remain fully insured throughout their stay in the vault.

3. Digital Ownership Certificate (DOC):

Each collectible is digitized and linked to a Digital Ownership Certificate (DOC) that lives on the blockchain, giving you a digital proof of ownership. Manage, buy, sell, or transfer your items on the Fanable platform.

4. Advanced 3D Scanning & Digitization

Using government-grade 3D scanning equipment, Fanable creates a digital replica of your physical collectible. This digital replica is permanently linked to its physical counterpart in the vault for provenance and transparency.

5. Redeem at Any Time:

When you’re ready to retrieve your physical item, simply initiate the redeem process. Fanable will arrange for its retrieval and shipment to your specified location. All redeemed collectibles are fully insured.

Where is the vault located? We can’t share the exact location of our vault for security reasons. Currently, we ship only within the U.S., but as Fanable expands, we plan to establish vaults in various regions to better serve our collectors. Is there a storage fee for my collectibles? No, there are no storage fees at Fanable! We provide complimentary storage and insurance for your collection, so you can rest easy knowing your collectibles are safe. What happens if my collectible is lost or damaged? All collectibles are stored in a secure vault and are insured for their market value at the time they are stored. In the unlikely event that a collectible is lost or damaged, we’ll reimburse you for its full insured value. How does Fanable guarantee the authenticity of the collectibles in the vault?
