Accessibility & Supported Countries

Fanable is built to be globally accessible, welcoming collectors from all around the world. Below you'll find a summary of where the platform is available, how payments are handled internationally, and which features may be geographically limited.

Global Platform Access

Fanable is accessible from nearly every country worldwide. Users can:

  • Create an account

  • Explore the marketplace

  • Participate in collectible drops and kiosks

  • Buy and sell digital collectibles

  • Use credit card, crypto, or internal balance to pay

Global Payments via Stripe

Fanable uses Stripe to securely process payments in 195+ countries and 135+ currencies.

Stripe allows us to accept payments from customers nearly anywhere in the world, regardless of where they’re located — as long as they use a supported card or wallet.

  • Direct support: Users in Stripe-supported countries can pay using local and international methods (cards, Apple Pay, etc.)

  • Indirect support: Users in non-supported countries can often still pay using internationally issued cards

  • 🚫 Blocked regions: Stripe restricts payments from sanctioned countries (e.g. North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Crimea)

In short: if you can see the checkout and complete a payment, your country is supported.

Region-Limited Features

While Fanable is available globally, some physical services are currently limited to the United States:

  • Sending collectibles to the vault

  • Redeeming physical items

These services are expected to expand internationally in the future.

Supported Locations

You can access and use Fanable from virtually all regions across:

  • North America

  • South America

  • Europe

  • Asia-Pacific

  • Middle East

  • Africa

As long as you have a valid payment method and are not located in a sanctioned region, you're good to go.

⚠️ Not Supported

Due to international sanctions and compliance requirements, Fanable does not support access or payments from:

  • North Korea

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • Cuba

  • Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk (occupied regions of Ukraine)

  • Any other jurisdictions restricted under global sanctions
